How long does shipping take? - Usually takes 5-20 days, if arrived later than 20 days email me @[email protected]

What does PRE-ORDER mean? -  Is where you order for an item that hasn't been released. We typically ship it to you once available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available.

What Payment method do you offer? - I only accept PayPal for now, New options coming soon!

Will I get a refund? - No refunds are made on damaged items. READ REFUND POLICY.

I want a bulk items from you, what to do? - You can email me for any issues or Bulk/wholesale buying at @[email protected]

What if my item didn't arrive? - You can contact me about any information and I will send you the same /similar product (if in stock) and no fees will be made upon. If any of the products isn't in stock, your sub-total will be refunded. READ REFUND POLICY FOR MORE.

I don't like my item, should I return it? - I'm not accepting any returns during this time of the pandemic. You can email me still regarding your return or you can read the REFIND/RETURN POLICY.
